What is Encircle Program?
Encircle is the loyalty program launched by Titan Company Limited, which lets you to earn points while transacting across all Titan stores (World of Titan, Tanishq, Helios, Fastrack, Titan Eye plus and GoldPlus). These points can be redeemed across Titan universe.
In short one card can be used in all the above stores to earn & redeem points
Can I use this program anywhere in India?
What are the different Tiers and benefits in Encircle program?
There are 5 Tiers in Encircle Program. Refer to the

Where can I earn points using the Encircle card?
Points can be earned by shopping across Titan universe (World of Titan, Tanishq, Titan Eye plus, Helios, Fastrack and GoldPlus)
What is the validity of the points?
Reward points will be valid for 24 months from the quarter of accrual. If not redeemed within 24 months from the date of accrual, such reward points shall lapse. For example: if a customer shops on jan 5th 2013 these points will expire after 2 years of the quarter in this case the points will expire on March 31st 2015.
When will my points get updated in the ENCIRCLE account after my shopping?
The points get updated within 48hrs after transacting anywhere across Titan stores.
What is the value of the points?
Every point equals to Re.1
Can I redeem points using red card?
No, point redemption is only possible with your encircle silver card.
Is there any minimum points criterion for redemption?
No, there are no minimum point criteria for redemption
Is Encircle membership card mandatory while redeeming points?
Yes customer should carry physical card while redeeming the Encircle points, for high value redemptions ID proof is also required to be produced at the time of redemption
How many points will I get on my shopping in different channels?
Different channels have different percentage earning based on tiers (refer to table customer tiers â€“ question 3). The highest tier achieved based on shopping will be your encircle tier and this will be maintained across channels For example: if a customer has shopped in Tanishq for Rs.350000 and has attained a platinum tier and the customer purchases in WOT in his/her next visit, he/she will earn points as per the platinum tier in WOT as well.
What will happen to my existing points if I become an Encircle member?
Once customer becomes Encircle member all his/her old points will get transferred to Encircle program & will be valid for 24 months from the day it gets transferred. For example: once the program is launched on Jan 3rd 2013 these existing points of members will be carried forward to the new encircle account and the same will expire after 2 years of the quarter in this case the points will expire on March 31st 2015
What is the Add-on card?
Add-on card is a secondary card which will be clubbed with the primary cardholderâ€™s card number. add on card is for the family members who want to club the membership as a family, any member who has his/her family members also in the program can request at the store to club the membership by filling up a form available at store. The highest tier obtained by the member will be applicable to all add-on cardholders
How can I get an Add-on card?
You can get an Add-on card in any of the following ways
a. Call the Encircle help desk and request for an Add-on card
b. Log in to

What happens if I lose Encircle card?
Report the lost card details to Encircle help desk. Once a card is reported lost, it will be blocked and under no circumstances will it be unblocked
A fresh card can be issued only when member verifies the other details of the account by calling up the Help desk. In case the member fails to verify the details, the right of refusal for issuing the fresh card will remain with Titan Company Limited. No claims on such cases will be entertained.

Can I merge my cards in case of multiple cards?
Cards can be merged provided last name, address, mobile/Landline number matches. This can be one by calling the Encircle help desk or by writing a mail to
What if I have multiple cards â€“ Signet, Anuttara & Vista?
Customer should enroll for the encircle program, call the call center & request for card merger. The points will be merged & transferred to the encircle card.

Where can I check my transaction summary?
Transaction summary can be checked in any of the following ways
a. Call Encircle help desk

How do I get user id & password?
User id will be customerâ€™s card no. & password will be sent to customers registered email id within 48 hrs of enrollment.
How can I know my point details?
Customer can login to website & get the transaction history or alternatively he can also call call center to get the same info
