Eligibility
The Game is open to individuals aged 18 and older or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
Employees and immediate family members of Titan Company Limited, as well as anyone professionally associated with the Game, are not eligible to participate.
Participation
To participate in the Game, you must open the game play link sent on SMS and make predictions on the match you logged Into and Enter your Name and mobile number along with Country code.
Only one entry per participant is allowed per match.
Encircle Cricket Predict and Win game is accessible only for India and UAE members of Encircle Reward loyalty program.

Rewards
The Rewards for the Game will be as specified points as mentioned in the official game play website and may be subject to change at the discretion of Titan Global Retail LLC
Winners will be determined based on score earned on game predictions of each world cup match and their cumulative leader board position e.g., the most accurate predictions in maximum matches will be on top.
Points and scores are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other goods or services.
The top winner in the leader board will be rewarded with 1000 AED worth points after the finals of ICC world cup 2023.
All points earned during the world cup will be credited to Members encircle account by 20th Nov 2023 and Points will be Expiring on 20th Dec 2023
Game Period
The Game will commence on 29th Oct 2023 and conclude on 19th Nov 2023 on the last final ICC world cup Match 2023.
The Cricket Predict & Win Game will be terminated before the particular match starts and the right predictions will be rewarded within 24 hours of Match Completion.
Privacy and Data Protection
By participating in the Encircle predict & win Game, you agree to the collection and use of your personal information as outlined in our Encircle Rewards Privacy Policy.
We understand that your privacy is important to you and we respect that. We ensure you that Titan maintains complete confidentiality of the details that you have shared with us and will not share it with any third party.
We may ask for certain details such as name; date of birth; e-mail address; residential address; contact number etc for registration purposes or for giving feedback, contests, newsletters and placing an order. At any point in time, you can unsubscribe to our newsletters or any other information which you may receive from Titan.
Disqualification
If any member is violating the rules, multiple entries in the same match, the member activity would be considered as cheating and the member would be disqualified permanently from the Encircle Global Loyalty program.
Changes and Cancellation
If any world cup match is cancelled due to local weather conditions or any reasons, we cancel the game and the predictions submitted by the members for the particular match.
If any specific player related prediction question was asked in the game on the upcoming match and if the player is not part of that particular game then the prediction question is considered as Invalid.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India and UAE governments.
Any disputes related to the Game shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India. This user agreement shall be construed in accordance with the applicable laws of India. The courts at Bangalore shall alone have exclusive jurisdiction in any proceedings arising out of this user agreement.
