To enter the Contest, the Participants must comply with the following:

1. • 2.1 The Contest is open only to citizens of India, residing in India. Titan may demand relevant documentary proof to be furnished by the Participant to satisfy the eligibility requirements.
   • 2.2 The Participants must be adults having attained the age of eighteen (18) years to participate in the Contest as on the date of the Contest.
   • 2.3 Participant must be registered on https://www.titanencircle.com (Website) by confirming an OTP and accepting the terms stated herein.
   • 2.4 Each Participant must ensure that participation in the Contest is lawful, is in accordance with the applicable laws, and these terms and the terms stated on the Website.
   • 2.5 A Participant should be an existing customer of Titan and as determined by Titan.
   • 2.6 Participant’s registered mobile number will be used as a primary and only contact number.
   • 2.7 Submitted video should be in the format as specified on the Website inter alia with no background music, less than one (1) minute, and size under 100 MB.
2. • 2.8 Following details are captured during the registration process of the Participant:

• First virtual round of the Contest will be held across four (4) zones, i.e. north, south, east and west.

• From the received participation, Titan’s jury members will shortlist the candidates for the second virtual round, namely, the zonal virtual round. For this round, each Participant will be given a virtual participation link. Using which only one must log in. Participants must ensure steady internet and login with a device with good microphone and a camera. Participant is expected to perform keeping the camera switched-on when the Titan representative indicate to perform.

• Participants who will clear the zonal round, will be called for the regional finale which will happen in the following locations:
• North: New Delhi
• South: Bangalore
• East: Kolkata
• West: Mumbai
• All the expense towards stay, travel and any other expenses towards the Regional Finale will be borne by the Participants and for abundant clarity, Titan will not bear or reimburse any such expenses of the Participant.

• Two (2) participants will be shortlisted from each zone and will be qualified for the Grand Finale which will be held in Bangalore on 7 December 2024.
• Titan shall bear the travel and accommodation cost for the shortlisted candidates (as per Titan’s policy, which may be revised from time to time) for the Grand Finale round which will happen at Bangalore.

• 1st Prize: INR 5 Lakhs
• 2nd Prize: INR 2 Lakhs
• 3rd Prize: INR 1 Lakh
• Prizes are non-transferable and may not be substituted or redeemed for cash. Tax deduction at source on the prize money shall be deducted as per the extant Income Tax Act, 1961.

• All rights in selecting the winners vest solely and exclusively with Titan. The decision of Titan in choosing the winners shall be final and binding on the Participants and the Participants while entering this Contest agrees to accept Titan’s decision as final without any further claim in this regard. Titan shall not entertain any mail or query questioning or otherwise asking for the definitive process for choosing the winner and the Participants by participating in the Contest shall be bound by these terms. Titan reserves the right to withdraw or discontinue and/or terminate the Contest at any stage without prior notice and without any liability whatsoever to the Participants. Titan may choose not to announce any winner at their sole discretion.
• Winners will be announced during the event conducted for ‘Mega Finale’ on 7 th December 2024.

• The Participants agree to allow Titan to collect, use, process, improvise and transfer their personal data (including images, videos, recorded voice and video, likeness, photographs, etc. featuring Participants) as a part of the Contest and all such information shall be used in accordance with the privacy policy accessible at https://www.titanencircle.com/privacy-policy.
• In consideration of giving an opportunity to participate in the Contest, the Participant hereby grant to Titan, its affiliates and sub-contractors a royalty-free, non-exclusive, perpetual worldwide license to copy, modify and otherwise use and distribute the online content (including but not limited to any and all images, videos, statements, interviews, etc) independently created by them during the Contest in any and all media. Titan shall also be free to use any ideas, concepts, know-how or techniques contained in such contents, submissions or materials for advertising and media purposes.

• Under no circumstances shall Titan including its directors, employees, officers, affiliates or subsidiaries, be liable to the Participant and/or any third party for any lost profits or lost opportunity, indirect, special, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages whatsoever.
• Titan is in no manner whatsoever responsible and/or shall not be held liable in any manner whatsoever, for any injury, death, mental trauma caused to the Participants and/or the winner in any manner whatsoever or for any reason whatsoever in connection to the Contest.
• Titan does not make any commitment, express or implied, to respond to any feedback, suggestion and, or, queries of the Participants or furnish any reason or explanation for inclusion and, or, exclusion of any particular submission of the entry of a Participant at any stage of the Contest. By participating, Participants agree to release and hold harmless from any and all liability, claims, or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages, or losses to persons and property that may be sustained in connection with the receipt, ownership, or use of the prize or while preparing for, participating in, and/or traveling to any prize-related activity or by participating in the Contest.
