Titan Encircle FAQs

Encircle is Titan’s Unified Loyalty program which allows members to earn & redeem points across all company brand stores or e-commerce websites (Tanishq, Mia, Zoya, World of Titan, Fastrack, Helios, Titan Eyeplus, Skinn, Taneira and Caratlane).

Membership is voluntary and open to all Indian citizens above 18 years and with a valid Indian mobile number. The Titan Encircle membership is only for individual use and not for corporate purchases. The Titan Encircle membership is non-transferable. Offers/ benefits/ discounts offered to the Encircle member are limited to the respective individual only. These offers are not transferable to other Encircle member/ non-member. Two or more offers cannot be clubbed together.

• On making a purchase at the above mentioned stores or e-commerce websites, you will be added to Titan Encircle as a Silver tier member.
• During this process, a membership number will be assigned to you and your unique registered mobile number will be mapped against this membership number. Each mobile number can only be mapped to one Titan Encircle membership. Please note that your name and mobile number are mandatory for this process. OTP verification is a must to enrol.

• Titan Encircle offers three tiers of membership - Silver, Gold and Platinum
• Points are calculated according to the following criteria:
Tiers Silver Gold Platinum
Plain Gold Jewelery 2 points 4 points 6 points
Studded Jewelery 6 points 14 points 20 points
Watches & Wearables, Eyewear, Accessories, Apparel, Fragrances 5 points 10 points 15 points
*Points earned for every ₹ 1000 spent


• To get upgraded from one tier to the next, you would need the following amount of points:
• ◦ From Silver to Gold tier - 500 points
• ◦ From Gold to Platinum tier - 3000 points
• All points earned will be updated in your account within 24-48 hours of the transaction at stores. Points earned on any of the ecommerce websites will be credited to your account after 15 days of the transaction and points earned on www.caratlane.com will be credited to your account within 90 days from the date of transaction.
• The points earned are valid for 2 years + quarter-end from the date of last transaction.
  For example: Points earned on January 2, 2022 will expire on March 31, 2024 if no other transaction has been made before January 2024. If you carry out a second transaction on December 1, 2022, then the total points will expire on December 31, 2024.
• Points/tier will be calculated at the end of the day and the new tier will start the next day

You can earn points by shopping at any of the Titan stores or e-commerce websites, provided you have an Encircle membership. While shopping, please provide the mobile number you have registered with Encircle and you will be awarded points according to your membership tier, which will then be credited to your Encircle account.

• Please note points cannot be redeemed during discounted purchases.
• Platinum tier members can earn points on discounted products only at Tanishq. On the purchase of Plain Gold, they will earn 2 Points/Rs 1000 spent and on the purchase of Studded Gold they will earn 5 Points/Rs 1000 spent.
• Under the Tanishq Exchange Program (TEP), you will be able to earn points only on additional value (money paid by the member over and above the TEP value)
• Please note that points will not be awarded for purchases made using credit notes, gift cards, product exchanges or for purchases made by redeeming Encircle points.
• You will be awarded points on purchases related to birthday/wedding anniversary discounts and sales, however, this will be calculated based on the net value paid after discounts.

• Step 1: If you are already a member, then your available points can be redeemed upon request.
• Step 2: There are no minimum points required for redemption.
• Step 3: Remember to carry your registered mobile number that is mapped to your Encircle membership as an authorization code (OTP) will be sent to this number during the redemption process. You will not be able to redeem your points without the OTP. This process applies for redeeming points online as well.

Earned encircle points are valid for two years from the date of earning, customer can redeem points with in that period otherwise points will expire on the set date. Customers will be reminded on various occasions on the expiry of points.

• You can upgrade or downgrade your tier based on the cumulative points that you have earned in a period of 24 months from the date of enrolment or the date of your last upgrade/downgrade.
• To retain your tier, you should maintain the threshold points for 24 months from the date of tier upgrade. If this criteria is not met, you would be moved down by one tier. Please refer to the ‘Tiers and Points’ table above for the number of points required to maintain each tier.
• Your tier will be valid for two years from the date of your last upgrade.

When you return/change goods that you have purchased, the calculation of points to be debited will be done according to the rules of your tier when you made the purchase, not on the lowest tier.

When you join Encircle, you will receive a Gift Voucher via SMS, WhatsApp or email. This can be redeemed at any of the stores mentioned behind the voucher or online across the websites.

Steps to Redeem:

• Step 1: Visit any of our stores to redeem your gift voucher.
• Step 2: While billing please provide the cashier with the Gift Voucher code sent to you.
• Step 3: The cashier will apply your Gift Voucher code to the bill and your voucher will be redeemed.

Please note:

• Your Welcome Gift Voucher can only be redeemed once in the respective channels.
• Offers are fixed to their respective channel and the tier that you have enrolled into.
• Your Welcome Gift Voucher will be valid for six months from your date of enrolment.

• Birthday and Wedding Anniversary Offers: You can get exclusive offers on your birthday or wedding anniversary which can be availed at any of the Titan stores (Tanishq, Mia, Zoya, World of Titan, Fastrack, Helios, Titan Eyeplus, Skinn, Taneira and Caratlane) or e-commerce websites. The offer will be active in your account only for 30 days (15 days before and after the date of your birthday/wedding anniversary). You can avail all offers but will be restricted to only one-time redemption for each brand during the offer period.
• Exclusive Preview: You get to be the first to check out our new products at exclusive product previews, which will be communicated to you two or three days in advance.
• Free Cleaning: You can avail free cleaning services for your jewellery and watches on request. The store will use approved and friendly liquids/cloth while cleaning your jewellery and watches.
• Free Eye Check-up & Eyewear Servicing: You can avail free servicing for your eyewear. You can opt for a reminder for an eye test and contact lens refill every 6 months and we’ll help you mark your calendar. Please note that the eye check-up service is free for Encircle members at all Eyeplus stores.
• Gift Points: By logging on to the Encircle website, you can transfer or gift your points to your loved ones whether they are Encircle members or not. These gifted points will be valid for 6 months from the transfer date. Any unutilized gifted points will expire at the end of the sixth month from transfer.
• Bonus Points/Rewards for Profile Update: You are eligible for bonus points or rewards when you update your profile on the Encircle website for the first time. Any consecutive profile update will not earn any bonus points. The bonus points earned will be credited within 15 days from date of submitting your profile www.titanencircle.com . The reward could be a gift voucher or an actual gift as the case maybe.

• 1. Where can I check my transaction summary?
• To check your transaction summary, you may:
• 1. Call the Encircle helpdesk at 1800-108-4826
• 2. Visit www.titanencircle.com and log in with your User ID and password

• 2. How do I get my User ID and password?
• Your User ID will be your mobile number/membership ID and the password will be sent to your registered email ID within 48 hours of enrolment. Alternatively, you can generate yours password at www.titanencircle.com

• 3. How can I know details regarding my Encircle Points?
• To know more about your Encircle Points, you can log in to the Titan Encircle website and get your transaction history or call Customer Care at 080-45300005 and dial '2' to get your point balance.

• 4. How can I update/change my contact details?
• 1. Call us at our toll free number 1800-108-4826 or write to us at customercare@titan.co.in between 10 AM and 10 PM on all days.
• 2. Log in to www.titanencircle.com and update your profile details.

• 5. What to do when Im not getting the OTP?
• OTP is must for all redemptions irrespective of number of points being redeemed. OTP will be triggered automatically to the encircle registered mobile# when point redemption is initiated, if the OTP is not received within 2 minutes, then customer can follow steps
• 1. Customer will have to call IVR number 080-45300005 from their encircle registered mobile#
• 2. Customer will be given options to choose what type of OTP he needs
  a. Option (1) will give him redemption OTP
• 3. Once customer select (1) then customer registered mobile# & OTP type(option1) will be passed on to CRM at the backend
• 4. CRM will pass on the redemption OTP to IVR system
• 5. OTP is passed on to Customer via IVR system

• 6.How to deactive/activate my Encircle account?
• Encircle Membership is valid for lifetime, customer do not have option to deactivate membership. Even If customer is coming back to us after log gap then also he will be recognized with same old membership number provided customer is using the encircle registered mobile number.

• 7. Can one earn encircle points along with other offers/promotions/discounts running on site?
• Encircle points CAN be earned for the following:
• - Bank offer
• - Employee discount
• Encircle points CANNOT be earned for the following:
• - Coupon discount
• - Special coupon
• - Coupon discount + Bank offer
• - Product discount
• - Product discount + Coupon discount
• - Product discount + Bank offer
• - Product discount + Coupon discount
• - Bank offer + Employee discount

• 8. Are there any products which are excluded from Titan Encircle program?
• Purchase of gold coins/bars & Gift cards are excluded from Titan Encircle program. Customers cannot redeem their Titan Encircle points for the purchase of gold coins/bars & Gift cards.
